This mini skirt features a garter detail tacked to the skirt, and mesh ruffle on the front and back.

Although not technically designed to wear with thigh highs due to how the skirt sits, the garters are functional and fully adjustable. Each garter has a little bow on top.

Made out of a soft stretch modal with silver hardware.

Comfortable elastic waistband.

Models wearing size XS, Medium and 2XL.
